Knitters!
I know how frustrated you are that I do not have a web site, but I wanted to at least create this blog so that those of you who would like to express any comments, ask a question, find out about common projects, ask for pattern advice or just let me know what you think about my yarn, have a place to do so.
I will try to get some yarn and kit information on here as well at some point!
If you have any specific questions about cashmere, I will try to answer them. I have raised cashmere goats for 15 years. I am the Queen of Cashmere! My goal when I retire is to knit some cashmere underwear. Can you imagine? How great would that be....
The biggest buzz right now is about my cashmere square of the month club.
So, here goes: We use the pattern book created from Knitter's Magazine. We offer three weights: 4 ply, 8 ply, 12 ply. The run away best seller is 8 ply. There are well over 100 knitters working on this project. Most every one of them has chosen 8 ply cream cashmere.
Your first order includes a book and enough yarn for each square. Every OTHER month (you can choose every month) we ship enough yarn in whatever weight you choose to make the next square. There are 20 squares in all and a very cool cabled border.
More later, I need to get some sleep!

I have heard some amazing things about your cashmere and would love to get my hands on some! I'm living in New Hampshire, but would be willing to pay shipping costs. I'm looking for a dark forest green DK weight 100% cashmere. Let me know if you'd be willing to ship!
I was at the 2010 Sheep and Wool Festival yesterday. You're Great American Aran Afghan block of the month feels WONDERFUL and I'll bre signing up for the program very soon :)
